Uninstall Application using powershell script

I have written the PowerShell script to uninstall Application by getting uninstallString from registry the script works fine when executed from PowerShell but when I integrate it with uipath it does not get the uninstallString
I have set execution policy to remotesigned,then also facing the same issue
