Hi All!
I would ask your support in solving a specific problem that is occurring since the last month.
Please, consider the relating architecture/scenario description:
• Software Version: UiPath Platform 2017.1.6656 ;
• Server A:
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2;
Orchestrator + Studio + Free Robot;
• Server B:
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 + configured 4 high density Robots (4 robots unattended respectively associated to 4 users).
For both the Servers, the last Windows installed patches are KB4088876 and KB4089187.
I specify that, up to now, all the configured Robots/Users (each User corresponds to one specific Robot) have been worked correctly both for scheduled and OnDemand jobs, even run simultaneously.
The issue regards a specific “invoke workflow interactive” action that, once started, it seems to be not able to launch the correct Remote Desktop Session with the configured resolution parameters. This generates error in “Click activities” that causes the failure. In addition, this issue is related specifically to one only User/BOT.
Following the High Density Robot configuration instructions, I also correctly modify “UiPath.settings” file with the same resolution parameters and setting to FALSE “Login.ToConsole” parameter.
Appreciating your help in solving this issue,
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Ivan
