Under Manage Access tab in orchestrator , after adding folder roles am not able to assign that role to the user . It’s not even displayed in the dropdown when I try that assign that folder role

The manager user options for that folder role is disabled . How to enable to that option for that specific tenant … whereas for other tenants that option is enabled .

Navigate to Tenant-> Click on Folders-> Select the respective folder-> Click on three dots-> Click on Edit Role in this folder-> Assign the roles whatever you want.

The issue here is it working in dev tenant , I am able to add folder roles with the help of manage access—> assign roles itself … but in test tenant it not possible .
