I am trying to create a usecase with OpenAI activities and I am blocked with one issue. Not sure what is the error. Please help me to solve the problem for me.

Before using these activities in UiPath Studio, you will require to do the integration on Orchestrator Integration section.
Follow this tutorial.

Click on Add New Connection-> it will be redirected to orchestrator-> Give your API key there and click on Connect. After connecting, Go back to your Studio you can see that it is connected.

I was able to connect with the Integration Service and still having the same issue.
Delete the connecton from there and and try to connect from start from UiPath Studio Generate Chat Completion.

I have deleted the connection and tried to do it from Studio. But no luck, I have clicked on Add connection and nothing is loaded.

As per your image you are facing a RobotError. Go to Assistant-> Click on Profile- Click on Preferences-> Orchestrator Settings-> Click Sign Out and Sign with your orchestrator account again. Make sure you have good and stable network so the you won’t face any robot Error.

I have resolved the robot error now and I made some progress as you can see from the screenshot.
However, when I clicked on add new connection, it took me to a web page where is asked me to provide API Key and endpoint. After submitting the required details and it ended with an issue. Have added this screenshot as well. Please let me know how can I resolve this. Kindly let me know what can I do here.

Can you specify with which are your trying to work is it with Open AI or Microsoft Azure Open AI
At the start I think your question was regarding this Open AI Generate Chat Completion activity @Murthy_Desineedi_Radhakri
Click On Add New Connection
Provide your API Key here and Click on Connect
Now you will be connected with Open AI and can work with the activity
