Unattended Sessions Error

Keep getting this generic error when trying to access Unattended Sessions. I don’t receive the error in lower environments. Does anyone have any ideas on why this occurs?

Can you share the error log? Also do you have unattended bot license mapled in the environment

1. Ensure that the user account you’re using to access Unattended Sessions has the appropriate permissions to do so.

2. Check license properly mapped to machine.

I figured out the issue. Due to the number of machines (hundreds) we have mapped in our Machine Template, it causes an error. In order to get around this, I had to filter the Machines that we are actually using, then they would show up.
