Unattended Robot having trouble running a tested process

I recently developed a process that went to a website and downloaded files to the local computer. It works fine on studio and I managed to run it on my computer from Orchestrator. However, once we tried to run it on an unattended robot on a virtual machine, it failed.

It seems to be having problems identifying a pop-up menu that appears after right clicking a button. However, I’m unsure how to fix this because it works fine through Studio.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions?
