Unattended Robot Availability/Hearbeat

Hi Team,

I am looking for the historic report to check the availability of the Unattended robot VM for a week or last 24hrs. For example if the robot is disconnected state in VM machine for any reason how to find this logs in DB.

Two ways i found but i am still confused with the data in DB

  1. dbo.RobotLicenselogs table

When i am referring the output i can able to find StartDate and EndDate indicate the time the robot was connected and the gap in time is when it wasn’t connected(disconnected).

But if you see the attached screenshot EndDate column have NULL captured. Can you please help me is there any reason NULL value is written there ?
Also Please help me with the 1st Column ‘ID’ whats that refer too.

Thanks,
