Hi @chawlasonia05

Try this

Go to Tenant > Monitoring > Unattended Session

In Maintance column, enable the maintance for machine with stuck job and check to Kill all processes

Check if your job was killed

Then go back and disable Maintaince Mode.

If it doesn’t work, try reconnect this robot directly from machine or reboot the machine

Is it possible to reboot this machine ?

I restarted the VM machine and create new robot. In that way, others bot is running on same machine but this bot showing terminating status in orchestrator.

Could you click in Info icon from Terminating job and share with us ?
