Unattended? Error

I have been using UiPath for over a year…personally. Community Edition. Now suddenly, I am getting this error. I have logged into my account but not help. I cannot ask for a resolution because I do not have a company account. Only personal.

Being alerted to “You are connected as Unattended, sign in, or enable session from Orchestrator.”

Please advise. Many thanks in advance. Rob

Welcome to the community

  1. Open your orchestrator go to admin and check the licenses page and see if you are on community plan still
  2. If yes then check if the tenant is assigned with license …
  3. If yes then in orchestrator check if a user is created and roles and license are given and also if a machine is created

I am not listed and I am given the option to start pro trial, buy now, and enterprise activation. Does this mean that if I am to continue, I need to pay for a subscription?

What IS listed is “Attended - Named User

Access to Attended Robot, Apps, Action Center, Task Capture”

Those options would by default be available…

  1. If you see community plan you are community…if you see free that means the community plan is converted to free either because of no usage or because of activating enterprise trail
  2. Named user is a license that is tagged to a specific user…did you happen to purchase it?if you purchase any license that community plan will end will convert to specific purchased license
