Unattended bot scaling

I have a service now ticket creation automation . Chatbot kissoff the unattended bot when user mentions some issue .

Imagining thousands of users using the chat bot . How can I scale unattended bot when more users using chatbot at a time.

How can I reduce pressure kn single unattended machine , and more pending requests in the orchestrator .
