Unable to work with the Debug mode - immediate window

Unable to access Immediate Window intermittently and debugging is taking longer time.

Issue Description:

While debugging code in UiPath Studio, users may experience extended delays, sometimes leading to the application becoming unresponsive. This issue is often associated with high CPU utilization (reaching up to 99%) and significant RAM consumption (approximately 7 GB out of 8 GB).

Resolution:

  1. Identify Debugging Resource Issues: Analyze the behavior during debugging to identify delays and potential unresponsiveness.
  2. Check System Resource Usage: Examine machine statistics to observe high CPU usage (99%) and significant RAM consumption (7 GB out of 8 GB).
  3. Immediate Window Impact: Understand that during debugging, the Immediate Window, while useful, can contribute to processing delays. It operates on all arguments and variables, potentially causing intermittent resource shortages.

Recommended Action:

  • As a resolution, it is advised to check with the IT team to consider increasing the machine's resources. This can involve upgrading CPU capacity or adding additional RAM to enhance performance during debugging sessions.

By addressing these resource-related issues, users can expect a smoother debugging experience in UiPath Studio. If encountered persistent challenges or have further questions, consult with the IT team for additional support.
