Please share more details of your system setup like Studio version, Browser version to help better way.

Is this your personal machine or Company laptop/desktop.
If company machine then there is high possibility of security policies restricting the installation correctly. Get in touch with the infra team.

Looks like the UiPath Chrome extension native part isn’t installed or got corrupted, so Studio can’t talk to Chrome.
Close Chrome and Studio, reinstall the Chrome extension from UiPath Studio (Tools → Browser Extensions), restart once, and make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions.
