Unable to use Click OCR Text when using Abbyy Cloud OCR?

Hi all

I am using “Click OCR Text” for drop down list in a citrix environment.
When i use Abbyy Cloud OCR it is unable to work. However, when i use Google OCR, it work but the accuracy of the word is low to cause it not able tot select.
So, is it that i can’t use Abbyy Cloud OCR for “Click OCR Text”? The Abbyy Cloud OCR I’m using is a trial version.
