Unable to type text with Type Into activity

I can successfully use the Type Into activity when I try it using on a blank notepad but when I tried to use it on the following field it doesn’t do anything. I assuming it might have to do something with the field having a blinking cursor.

below is the uipath xml file. Try running it, after you go on that website it has a upload file option. Once you click that option you get a pop up window to select the file. The xml file should simply inserts “hi” into that field.
