Unable to step into UiPath Robot

Scenario: After I started the UIPath Robot service. I am unable to step into the application. I can see its running in services area. can u please help me on this?

Steps to reproduce:

Current Behavior: Not able to step in. I can see it in ALT+TAB.

Expected Behavior: Able to access the application.

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: robot:

Last stable behavior: No
Last stable version: Not sure
OS Version: Windows 10
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc):

Hi @farook

Please check in the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath Platform\UiRobot.exe. You will then be able to access UiRobot tray and settings from the taskbar.

Hi Ovi,

I have tried this from my end. Still I am not able to look into UiPath Robot. But I can see the service is started and also I can see it in Task manager. PFT images for your reference.

will it be possible to get any specific packages for this UiPath Robot alone?

I also faced same issue,But followed below steps to resolve above issue.
1.Updated IIS server to 7
2.uninstall and install the the Ui Path again,Now it’s working fine for me.

Can you specify what exactly are you trying to accomplish? UiRobot and UiStudio are separate applications.

Hi,

I am trying to integrate UIPath Robots to Orchestrator. I have created one robot in orchestrator, I want to enter the machine details and keys into Uipath Robot for that I am not able to enter into the application.

So you mean configuring robot side to connect to Orchestrator (from tray)?
If that’s the case search the forum for uirobot configuration not opening.
If its something else then sorry but I dont understand what is the problem.
