Hello,

If you can access your orchestrator link through url, this might resolve your issue.

There is explaination on how to make the robot https trafic going through a specified proxy.

HI, I am not behind proxy. robot was connected earlier without any issues.
This is the orchestrator url
https://academy2016.uipath.com

I see,

I tried to login there and this instance of demo orchestrator is very slow probably because it is holding a larg amount of tenants and might cause the connection timing out.

If it is an acceptable solution for you, i would recommend you to use the latest instance provided by UiPath for demo purpose. The version there is 2017.1

Ok… I suposse that I’m working from the company and from here the connection is blocked… So I’ll try it from home.

Thanks guys :mage:

Hi Pablo,

Did you succeed at home to fix the error?

I had the same problem as you had, first I tried from the company to publish that and failed.
So I tried in my home to update it but still, it shows the same error:
Error: A task was canceled. —> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: A task was canceled.
The link to the orchestrator that I use is: https://platform.uipath.com

Hope that there is someone that knows how to fix it.

hi @eli,

I fixed the problem ending the service from the task manager…

Hope it works for you, bests regards.

Solved: A task was cancelled
By ending Uipath Robot User service from task manager.
