Unable to start execution Culture=neutral, Publickey token Access is denied

Can someone help me. I can’t run bot after updating my bot Studio 2024.2.1

message always saying Culture=neutral, Pulickeytoken=null. Access is denied.

I have upload the error comments below.

Do you have a copy of the code before 2024.2.1 that still works?
It’s likely 2024.2.1 is just unstable right now and you should try updating it later.

Hi Keegan, Thank you for coming back to me. Looks like 2024.21 was unstable yesterday. I can use bot now. I really appreciated your prompt respond. Thank you.

HI Keegan, I got the same error again ( the error that I attached in attachment previously. I am not sure why ? I dont have the code before 2024.21
The funny things is I can run the bot through my VM with this version 2024.21 but I cant run the bot through my Laptop with the same version. Do you know how to fix this ? Thank you
