Unable to Spy Windows application controls

Scenario:Unable to Spy controls from Windows application

Steps to reproduce:Application interrogation (Banking Application)

Current Behavior: only parent frame is being able to Spy

Expected Behavior:Need all the detailed list of elements in the frame

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version:Studio Version 2018.2.3

Last stable behavior:its a Feasibility test

OS Version:Windows7
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc):
Hi i have launched windows application but onle parent frame can be captured , when i tried using UI Explorer i find and highlight only .net controls, other child controls are not being listed into Hierarchy. Kindly help me with the solution .Please take a look into Attached screen shots!
