Hi Team,

I am facing some issue with my login credentials in academy. Can any one please help me out on priority.

I already reset my credentials and still with no avail.

Are you using email id as username ?

Username is different from email id here. You can’t use email id as username here.

As you said reset the credentials. Please check that mail then you will find username of your account.
