I am trying to run a process from orchestrator i am able to select machine but not able to select hostname please help me on this.

Did you select the user?
if not then either no user is added to folder or no user with unattended license is added to folder

In Tenant > manage access > there is already local user.
having local user is not important assigning a license and role is important is robot role assigned?

The machine that you have allocated has unattended license? When you create the machine in the orchestrator you need assign 1 license to it. You need to add that machine & user to that particular folder.

i have tried allocating licenses but i it is still showing 0 runtimes. Do you know why it is happening like that.
Most probably it is the connection with assistant. Is your assistant correctly connected. ?

Yes it is connected but showing yellow colour.
Hi @User_98 ,
- First go to your folder in orchestrator
- Then in Home section click on Machines
- Then click on Manage Machines in Folder
- Select your Machine From list down and click on Update
If Machine is not available then you have to create a machine first

when i try to click on machines it is showing one machine but when i open it it is not showing machine name.

If you cannot find a machine, you must first make one . Follow the video below to get a general concept on how to link your machine with the orchestrator.
