Unable to Select "Download Monthly Report" option in Assignment 2 level 3

I am working Assignment 2 level 3 -Generate Yearly Report-Performer.
When I am tried to click on “Download Monthly Report” option, it is not allowing me to select the option.

I have tried to select the option as specified as a solution in the Topic System1 NavigateTo MonthlyReport Assignment 2 level 3, but could not succeed.

Could any one please help me to select the option.

Well a better option is avoid using click and use ‘Navigate To’ activity in the sequence

in_System1URL+“reports/download”
