Unable to select an element in desktop application Windows 10/7

Hello folks,

I am unable to select a row from a block in a windows application. I have UIPATH studio licensed version installed and i am running the UIPATH with elevated admin rights.
Below is the screen shot of the block and property from uiexplorer(tried all three - default,AA,uiA). Uiexplorer isn’t able to identify each row but identifies the entire block instead.
