Unable to see recent test executions

Hello,

Until this evening, all test automation executions were functioning seamlessly.

However, during the night, no executions occurred.

The test runs are scheduled to commence after a predetermined interval of time.

My assumption is that your functional test cases execute as expected when run manually but fail when scheduled.

Did you configure the robot for test set execution?


Click on Configure

Is your setup as expected, and have you selected a valid test/unattended robot?

the above executions are scheduled one only , and they were working till evening

no configuration updated in orchestrator

Can you Please share your configuration how i shared in the above reply just to see what’s configured.

actually i’m not able to see that option

Hey you are sharing from Orchestrator. Can you please share from Test manager → Test Set → Test cases tab here you will find the configuration.

can you guide how to access test manager? i’m using orchestrator only for monitoring executions

i guess test manager is not there in my automation cloud tenant

Admin needs to enable that service to be made visible for the specific tenant

As admin- navigate to admin tab and select tenant and add Test Manger service

If you are using Enterprise Edition, you need to have a license. If you have a license, you need to enable the service from admin.

But your test executions are scheduled, which means you have a Test Manager license, so you may need to check if you have access to Test Manager.
