Good morning,
I’ve got a process which works fine within orchestrator while I can see it but when I don’t follow it via the Virtual machine it will read certain elements of it but then it is unable to see certain elements… I’m using an activity ‘Get Text’. It’s reading something but i’ve no idea where it’s come from but it’s not what it should be reading.
Is there something I need to check please?

Use Ui Explorer, put the selector of the Get text activity in there, click on highlight. This should highlight the element which is being extracted.
Also from Studio, click on edit button on the Get text activity and click on highlight to highlight the element.
what selectors are you using? depending on that it might change…if you are using cv selector and when runnign from orch if resolution is different…it might take somethign else as well
try to validate or show the selectors here

It could be that the resolution is too low when running unattended automations.
This could result in elements being “cramped” together on the screen, which results in failing interactions.
You can edit the unattended resolution by going to Settings for the robot user and setting the desired format.
For example:
W = 1920
H = 1080
