Unable to see Config file In REFramework

Hi,

While selecting REFramework template in studio i am unable to see Config excel file which was available in old version of UiPath studio. Currently i am using studio version 2026.0.189 STS.

The configuration will be accessible; however, you must enable viewing all file extensions in the project explorer for better visibility.

After opening the ReFramework click on three dots and select the Open in File explorer it will navigate to file explorer there you can Data Folder under that you can able to find.

If you still not able find, take the new reframework and try

Hi @vivek.srivastava,

In REFramework, the Config.xlsx file is usually located inside the Data folder of the project.

If you are unable to see it in UiPath Studio:

  • In the Project panel, click the filter/dropdown icon
  • Make sure “Others” or “All Files” is enabled
  • Sometimes only workflow files are displayed by default

Alternative method:

  • Click the three dots (…) on the project tab
  • Select “Open in File Explorer”
  • Navigate to:
Project Folder → Data → Config.xlsx

If the file is still missing, try creating a fresh REFramework project because the template should automatically include the Data\Config.xlsx file.

Thanks @MohammedShabbir. Previously, the config file was not showing. I then recreated the framework, and after using the suggestion you provided, I was able to see the file.
