Unable to see admin option in automation cloud for community plan

I am currently using community automation cloud and when I try to open the studio it states as the license is attended one and i can not make any changes.

I tried to login to automation cloud to change my license type to automation developer. Unfortunately it does not show me an admin option to change my logged user license type.

I try to open the support ticket with the supportID of my instance and it does not accept the support id. any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved. I had 2 different email connecting the same instance with different roles which got confused.

you try to to follow below steps and check
1.Login to cloud.uipath.com.
2. Go to Admin → Tenants → select your tenant.
3. Under Users and Groups, find your user.
4. Check what roles and licenses are assigned.
5. Then go to Licenses → User Licenses Allocation.
6. Make sure you have Citizen Developer Pro (or Automation Developer) license assigned to your user.
It should NOT be only “Attended Robot”.
7. Once updated, sign out and sign back in to UiPath Studio, and it should open normally for development.
