Unable to run TestSet with an testcase

I have followed all the documented steps to create testset, testcase, link testcase to testset, configure folder, publish package, configure machine and robot etc. I am unable to run the testcases from the testset. However, the testcase runs if triggered seperately. Is this due to non-possession of Tester - Named user license, we certainly don’t have this license… ? Can your team please confirm this?

Does UiPath support team can look at our configurations to confirm, what’s missing? Is this possible?

Support team would not respond here

You need to go to customer portal and raise it there

Also its worth checking the roles

The testcase runs independently and but not from the TestSet. There is no error or log from UiPath Test manager to share it with you…

Hi @Karthikeyan_Karuppan,

Can you check in the Execute tab if any test set is showing as Pending?

Also, please confirm if you have the Test Executor role assigned in Project Settings Tab.
