Please check this FAQ post regarding that error:

Side-by-side configuration is incorrect

Error: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. When: run a project from Studio run a project from command line run UiRobot.exe from %localappdata%\UiPath Solution: UiRobot.exe exists in two places, both in %localappdata%\UiPath and %localappdata%\UiPath\app-**.*.****. Please delete the one from %localappdata%\UiPath.
