Unable to retrieve mailto protocol in email body from outlook 2016

Hello All,

In Prod, the mailto: is not being fetched from the email body string. However in lower environment the email details are coming like below:

Test:
Email Address: XXXXX.XXXXX@YYYY.COM mailto:XXXXX.XXXXX@YYYY.COM

Prod:
Email Address: XXXXX.XXXXX@YYYY.COM

Due to this we are unable to extract email ID from the content. Any help is appreciated.
