Unable to retrieve color using Native method

Hi,
I am trying to retrieve the color of some text, when doing a web automation. I used the “Native” method when doing Screen Scraping. The coordinates and the data was retrieved. But the value of color is always 0, whatever the color. Could somebody please help?
