Unable to renew my Ui Path CE

I am not able to renew CE via following link
https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license

as it is showing that your license has been renewed

In Program Files (x86) / UiPath Studio there is an application called regutil.exe. There are a couple of different options for trying to deactivate the license before renewing it. Start with regutil.exe help
