Unable to Renew Community edition License

Hi All,
I am receiving the error “Device Id already activated. Trial not allowed after code activation”.
I have used the following link “UiPath” to renew the license.

Additional information: I also had a 60 day trial version of the UIPath installed in my laptop, which has been uninstalled.
