Unable to Register for Events After Email Change – Verification Issue

I had previously saved my profile details for registering for UiPath community events. Recently, I updated my email address, and a verification email was sent to the new address. Although I successfully verified the new email, I’m still unable to register for any virtual events. The system continues to show “Email verification pending”, and there is no option to resend the verification email.

Since the old email verification in my inbox is no longer valid, I’m currently unable to register for any events.

Could anyone please advise if there’s a solution to this issue?

Try raising this with support team here.

You should contact UiPath Community support directly to update your email and resolve the verification status, since the system isn’t updating despite verification. They can manually fix your profile so you can register for events again.

Thanks for reaching out here as well. I have raised a ticket to Bevy (the event platform partner) and we are in touch with Selestine. I just sent an email to her a few minutes ago. Let me know if you have received it and if you can record your screen again, unfortunately, the Bevy team did not receive the recording.
