Unable to record a BASIC record for notepad

Hi Friends,

Can anyone help on this error, am trying to perform BASIC recording but while performing to sent HOTKEY unable to proceed further as it showing error like unintilized UI mentioned in below screenshot

i have uninstalled and re-installed again but still error not fixed.
