Unable to process WIID items from queue

Hi,

unable to process WIID items. first time it went well for the second time its got stopped no error showing nothing. I dont know what happene here and update work item clicking taking long time and navigate to dashboard also taking long time to click sometime it got failed.

Simulate Click Property set to “TRUE”
please be specific on WIID not able to process issue. this is too vague statement.
