Unable to preview the apps

Hi Team,

I have built an UiPath app sometimes ago it was working fine. when i tried to preview the app i was getting below error.

Any know solution for the above kindly let me know.

  1. Check Network: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Clear Cache: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  3. Update UiPath apps: Ensure you’re using the latest version.
  4. Verify Dependencies: Check app configurations and connected workflows.
  5. Try Another Browser: Use a different browser to preview the app.
  6. Check UiPath Status: Ensure no UiPath service outages.
  7. Reload and Retry: Save, reload the designer, and try previewing again.
  8. Contact Support: If unresolved, reach out to UiPath Support with details.

i have tried above steps.
Can you please help me understand how to perform steps 1. udpate UiPath apps( Does it mean upgrading the app version) and 2. check UiPath status.

  1. Update UiPath Apps

a. Log in to your UiPath Orchestrator or Automation Cloud.
b. Go to the Admin section and check for updates to UiPath Apps.
c. Updates are usually automated if you use UiPath Automation Cloud.

  1. UiPath status

a. Visit UiPath Service Status.
b. Ensure all services, especially ‘UiPath Apps’, are operational

I have checked for the above pointer, everything looks good from above two points perspective.

Could you try removing some elements or checking some of the expression and then previewing
Probably some control compilation is breaking,

i have tried deleting some pages and preview the app. i have the issue coming recurringly. I have raised a support request as suggested.
