Unable to perform any operations on orchestrator after upgradation

Greetings,
I recently upgraded both my studio and orchestrator to 18.3.3. Now suddenly i am unable to do anything on orchestrator (i.e) adding new robot, upload package etc. Whatever I try to do it just throws the same error.
A popup appears saying “an error has occurred”. It says nothing else. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
