Unable to pass data from RPA Workflow to UiPath App in Maestro – AppTasks error (170000)

Hi Everyone,

I’m working on a UiPath Maestro process where I need to pass email data into a UiPath App.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  1. Created an Agent to read emails.
  2. Built an RPA Workflow to extract data from the emails — such as Customer Name, Customer ID, Order Number, etc.
  3. I’m trying to send this extracted data to a UiPath App using AppTasks within Maestro.

However, when I try to run or publish the app, it’s not working. I’m getting the following error:

Failure in the AppTasks request (170000)

I also tried changing argument directions (In/Out) in the app, but it still shows the same issue.

I’ve attached my Maestro project screenshot and the error details for reference.

Can anyone please guide me on how to correctly pass data from the RPA process to the UiPath App in Maestro, or explain what this error means?

Your code should start working once it is resolved.

Can you share the properties panel and it’s configuration in a screenshot?
