Unable to open studio in Development

Hello All,

I need your help. While working on a project, I had to use the Dev Studio. I logged in but was unable to open the studio and encountered the following error.

I also noticed in the Orchestrator that I don’t have access at the tenant level, and the folder containing those automations is not visible.

Could this be the cause of the error?

Seems access issue.

Ask your admin to grant you access for dev tenant

It’s because you are missing access to the Dev tenant.

The logged in user doesn’t have license to use Studio. You need to check the license status first, check from assistant. You also don’t have access to the folder that you showed in snapshot but that doesn’t relate to the error you showed.

Your error is due to incomplete license configuration on your logged in user.

  1. License is missing
  2. After license to access the folder you need the folder level permission is also missing

Check with admin for the Dev tenant and that specific folder admin access.
