Unable to open outlook attachment when saved using the Save Mail Message activity

Hi,

I am having issues opening an attachment when saved using the “Save Mail Message” activity.

I’ve added the following to the activity:
FilePath: “C:\test\test.msg”
MailMessage: in_TransactionItem (argument with a type of MailMessage)

When I try to open it I get an error of :

“Cannot start MS Outlook. We can’t open ‘C:\test\test.msg’. Its possible the file is already open, or you don’t have permission to open it”

Any ideas please?

Hi, sorry - read another post which suggested to save in .eml format. This resolved the issue.
