Unable to open orchestrator with my personal Id

I install UiPath studio desktop with community version. but unable to open studio and orchestrator. for studio i am unable to loging with my ID aditibhatt05@gmail.com. Ill share the screenshot for same. If you can assist me with solving the issue.

Your UiPath login is failing when connecting to the tenant.

Possible solutions:
Check Your Internet Connection
Verify Credentials
Use the Correct Sign-In Option

Check if you are logged in on the correct Cloud Orchestrator organization where your email id is having access.

Login into the Orchestrator first hand on the default browser which opens automatically when you click on Login button.

with same id (aditibhatt05@gmail.com) I am able to login both orchestrator and desktop studio in my another laptop1. with same id when I am trying with my laptop 2, I am facing this issue. And I checked my network is working fine.

Try opening Orchestrator in incognito mode to check if it loads properly.

first try with a different browser or incongnito to see if you are able to login to orchestrator

now it was showing below error

but after done below changes in orchestrator.
Tenant-> Manage Access-> Access Rules → Users → Edit : Aditi bhatt

here I have change License Type as “Automation Developer”

now I am able to access my UiPath Desktop Studio
