Unable to make retake the Certification Test

Hello,
I attempted for the theoritical round of the UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification over 24 hours ago, and yet, the option for retaking the test remains unavailable (as opposed to the guidelines that said a candidate could make three attempts on the test). A screenshot of the same has been attached herewith.

It is requested to activate the reattempts at the earliest.

Give them about another hour or two and see whether that option gets available. If not you may try creating a support ticket to contact them…

Thank you for responding. It has already been about 39 hours since the test got completed. Could you help me with raising a support ticket for the same?
