How to troubleshoot if it is not possible to log into Orchestrator after having changed host admin password with custom password?
Troubleshooting Steps :
- Changed the passwords for Host Admin and Default Admin to "890iop" in the database but still the same error is obtained
- Performed a network trace on the login event and found that the XSRF token and cookie are not getting registered within the IE browser.
Resolution : Added the Orchestrator website to the Trusted list and that fixed the issue.
IE - Settings - Internet Options - Security - Trusted Sites - Add the website
