Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with UiPath Academy for the past one month. I’m unable to log in, and the page keeps loading for a long time without success.
I have already tried the following:
- Cleared browser cache and cookies
- Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Tried incognito mode
- Tried logging in from different devices and internet connections
Still, the UiPath Academy login does not work for me.

Please help me if anyone has a solution or if UiPath team can check this issue.

Try login with different email id.

I wonder what may be causing trouble for you?
Did you recently make account or it’s an old account?
If it’s okay, you can consider creating a new account and see if that works for you

I have already tried logging in with a different email ID as well, but the issue remains the same. The UiPath Academy website still takes a very long time to load or doesn’t open at all

This is an old account that I created a while ago. But I already tried creating a new account using a different email ID — still facing the same issue. The UiPath Academy website keeps loading and never opens properly for me.

Issue you are facing sounds to me more related to your network connectivity.
Are you able to access everything else properly from your machine?
How about UiPath automation cloud? Do you have an account there and able to use it properly?

In this case I guess your network firewall or something is restricting you to access it someway because the site is very well accessible. I just finished few courses.
Try changing the network, machine.

Yes, I’m able to access other websites and services without any issue, so I don’t think it’s a network problem.
Regarding UiPath Automation Cloud – yes, I do have an account there, but I’m also facing trouble accessing it properly
I’ve already tried using different browsers and cleared the cache, but the issue still persists.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can try

Thanks for checking! I figured the issue might be from my side too. I’ll try switching networks or using a different machine to see if that helps
