Unable To Login To Automation Cloud Organization Account After Recently Purchasing Enterprise License

After recently purchasing Enterprise license, unable to login to Automation Cloud or unable to see Enterprise license in Automation Cloud organization account. How to resolve this?

Issue Description: After purchasing license for Automation Cloud, unable to view the Automation Cloud of required organization after login.

Once logged into Automation Cloud, list of organizations of which user is part of, can be seen or if the user is part of a single organization, the Automation Cloud of that organization would be automatically opened.

Resolution: Reach out to account owner of that organization, so that account owner would provide access to user.

If account owner details are unknown, reach out to Sales Executive of the account, who might have helped with license purchase, and account owner details will be shared.
