I have configured and created a new Machine in my tenant but when I try to select that machine for a given process I am not able to find it:
How should I make this machine accessible to the process within a given folder?

that folder should have access to the machine you created.
Go to your folders tab and then edit the permissions for the particular folder
Give a required role so that it can inherit the machine from tenant
