unable to launch UiPath studio after enterprise license expired. Please help me to login to use community edition. It is showing error “Connection failed cannot acquire license”
Hi @ShayinaAlmas,
Try this out:
- Open UiPath Assistant
- Click your profile icon
- Select Sign out from Enterprise Account
- Signin again with this URL - https://cloud.uipath.com/
- Restart UiPath Studio.
Cheers!
Open assistant, signout from assistant.
Then do sign in using UiPath platform URL.
Then try to use studio then it will convert to community edition.
Let me know if this works
You will have to recreate the organisation in orchestrator. Follow this documentation to delete the current organisation and then re login into orchestrator and create new one. You should get the community license and Studio should work.
Hi @ShayinaAlmas,
Ideally, after the Enterprise Trial license expires, it is automatically downgraded to the Community plan within 3–4 days.
If that doesn’t happen, you can delete the current organization and create a new one. Before doing so, make sure to back up your packages and any other important resources.
If this helps, please mark the response as the solution.
