Unable to install any package from “https://gallery.uiapth.com/api/V2”
Url is defined in manage package
Url is opening in browser

Is this the proxy issue?

Did you tried it in another machine? If it working, then you will have to whitelist this url.

Url is opening on browser with some xml content which means it is already whitelisted correct?
