Unable to install on windows 2016

Hi Team,

We are trying to install Orchestrator 2018.1 on Windows 2016 but unable to, when i double click on the UiPathPlatform.msi file nothing happens, waited for 10mins. attached are the screenshots for your reference

Team please let me know how to proceed further

Hi @gyalakanti,

Could you please check the installer properties to make sure it is not blocked?

If this is not the issue, can you have a look at the Windows Event Viewer in order to see if any relevant error event appears?
