Unable to identify the elements in the google chrome

HI guys,

I’m trying to login to a web portal using google chrome to download some documents. but in the chrome it’s unable to identify the elements in the web page to enter the user credentials.

Kindly requesting your help on this.

Hi @charith_wickramasing,

To work with chrome first you need to ensure that chrome extension Is enabled, and Incase you are opening the chrome browser in the incognito mode then you need enable the option to work in the incognito mode.
